Jörg Dennis Krüger

Conversions are sales. More of them come from three sources: more of the right visitors, more buyers per visitor, more revenue per buyer. I look for your money in all three and start where the most of it sits.

I think I know what makes an online business successful. I proved that with jochenschweizer.de. Jörg Dennis Krüger understands a great deal about online business. I think he is the right man when it comes to pushing online revenue.

Jochen Schweizer, founder

Jochen Schweizer on working with Jörg Dennis Krüger.

You have a store. What is missing is someone who sets it up for the next jump in revenue.

Most stores do not fail for lack of ideas. They fail because nobody systematically hunts for the money already hiding in the store. That is exactly what a fractional Chief Conversion Officer does. On your team by the day, even for just one or two months to give the business a push.

The checkout leaks

Visitors put products in the basket and disappear. Nobody works out why those particular steps fail.

Pricing is guesswork

You do not know whether €5 more or less would double your revenue. Nobody tests it systematically.

The range is diluting

Products that do not sell eat attention. The real bestsellers get no push. Nobody looks.

New ways to buy are missing

Customers would order differently if you offered it. But nobody builds new buying experiences.

The team has no priority

New ideas every week, no decision. Nobody says: we are testing this now. Nobody owns the number.

Nobody takes the customer by the hand

A visitor lands in the store and has to work it out alone. No guidance, no recommendation, no answer to the one question they have: which of these is right for me?

The products do not sell themselves

Images, descriptions and arguments are all there, but they do not answer the questions people actually have before buying. Nobody shows why this particular product fits.

Agencies pull in different directions

Freelancers and agencies work next to each other, not with each other. Nobody steers them toward one goal.

What I have measured.

Case study Geschenke24
Case Study Geschenke24: revenue up fourfold.

Starting point: €250,000 monthly revenue, growth had stalled. What I did: radical, systematic testing along the entire purchase process. Result: €1M monthly revenue.

Case study Rockstar Nails
Case Study Rockstar Nails: +20% revenue in 30 days.

Starting point: friction in the checkout process. What I did: targeted optimisation and removal of the barriers. Result: +20% revenue within one month.

See what I can do for you Three questions, then you see your potential.

Three ways I move your revenue.

Short version: steering without touching your day to day goes to the revenue lever. Steering plus leading your team goes to full throttle. Still building goes to sparring. In doubt, take the first call and I will tell you honestly what fits.

From roughly €100,000 monthly revenue a CCO slot pays for itself in the first month. Below that, sparring is the right route. That is a routing rule, not a hurdle: ask anyway and I will tell you what fits.

Full throttle.

Like the revenue lever, plus two days a week: the long-term strategy on top, SEO, ads, content, building channels, and active leadership of your team as well as steering agencies and freelancers onto one shared goal.

For stores growing or rebuilding.

Conversion sparring.

A fixed two-hour sparring session every week plus async access for short questions, answered the same working day. Strategy sparring on everything that moves your revenue: pricing, range, tests, channels, agencies. You bring your decisions and you leave with an answer.

For startups and stores still being built.

Limited to 3 CCO slots and 4 sparring slots. No minimum term, cancellable weekly. Terms are discussed in the first call, matched to your store and your package. Most clients book a few weeks or a couple of months: a push, then out again. Execution stays with your team, the steering is mine.

Everything I decide at your place, I have done myself.

20 years of craft at Sixt, Regiondo and across more than 100 shop projects, before I steer it.

Analysis & understanding

  • Web analytics & tracking (GA4) Tracking for the global Sixt corporate websites
  • Customer interviews Why customers really buy, not why they say they do
  • Funnel & checkout analysis Where the revenue leaks, with numbers instead of gut feeling
  • Competitor & market analysis What your store is measured against without you noticing

Conversion & revenue

  • Conversion concepts +34% average uplift across all projects
  • Pricing & price tests Whether €5 more or less doubles your revenue: testable
  • Landing page & copy optimisation Copy that sells instead of sounding good
  • Usability & UX 20 years of the user perspective instead of designer opinion
  • A/B testing as proof How I prove an intervention actually produced revenue. Author of the first German-language standard work on it

Range & product

  • Product conception New products and revenue lines built from zero: for stores like Wurst-Baron and Rockstar Nails, at Sixt, Regiondo and Kettner Edelmetalle
  • Range strategy Push the bestsellers, gut the shelf-warmers
  • Basket & AOV optimisation Bundles, upsells, quantity logic

Traffic & channels

  • Onpage & offpage SEO Visibility that buys, not just ranks
  • Paid ads (Google & Meta) Head of Product Marketing, Performance Marketing and Conversion at Regiondo
  • Advertorials & content that converts 1,000+ articles
  • Email, CRM & retention The second purchase is the profitable one

AI & automation

  • AI-assisted analysis Reviews, support tickets and session data turned into test hypotheses, in hours instead of weeks
  • AI in the testing workflow Faster hypotheses, faster evaluation, more tests per month
  • Process automation Recurring analyses and reports run by themselves: your team looks at decisions, not dashboards
  • AI buying experiences New ways to buy: how your store gets found and bought when customers ask ChatGPT and the rest

Leadership & steering

  • Test roadmaps & prioritisation Do not test everything, test the right thing first
  • Agency & freelancer steering One goal, one plan, no silos
  • Team leadership Building teams that keep optimising without me

And because I have done every one of these steps myself, I know what your team needs from me. Here is how it runs:

From first enquiry to day one in a week.

First call (15 min)

Beforehand I go through your store. In the call I walk you through the most striking findings and we cover numbers, team and goals. If the time runs short we simply add 45 minutes on the spot.

Start offer (one page)

Package, terms, start date. One page, no contract loop. Once you say yes, day 1 is set.

Day 1, usually next week

Analytics access, kickoff with your team, a first priority list the same day.

See what I can do for you Three questions, then you see your potential.

€250,000 → €1M monthly revenue (Geschenke24)+20% revenue in 30 days (Rockstar Nails)

Frequent questions.

What does it cost?

Terms are discussed in the first call, matched to your store and your package. The shape matters more than the price: a fixed monthly fee, no minimum term, cancellable weekly. If it is not carrying itself after four weeks you stop, no discussion. And before we talk money I look at your store and tell you whether there is enough upside there at all. If there is not, you save the pricing conversation entirely.

How long do clients typically book you for?

A few weeks to a couple of months, cancellable weekly. The model is built for exactly that: I find the biggest levers, set them in motion with your team, and make sure you can keep testing without me. Once the system runs you no longer need me, and that is the point. Some clients bring me back later for a second push, before a relaunch or when a new range lands.

How is this different from JDKRUEGER&CO?

JDKRUEGER&CO ↗ does A/B testing, on a fixed process, at volume, billed on performance. It is a machine that scales, and it is good at that. Here you get the opposite: me personally, no fixed process, and eyes on everything that moves revenue. I look at product, price, range, checkout and the path your customers take, and I decide what gets worked on next. The test is my measuring instrument in that, not the product. The two combine well, and in the first call I will tell you honestly which one does more for your situation.

What actually happens on a CCO day?

I go through your numbers, your store and your customer behaviour, before we speak. Then we decide together what gets worked on next, and I brief it so your team can start immediately. In between I steer agencies and freelancers so everyone pulls toward the same goal. And you do not wait for a monthly report: every working day you get a few lines on what is running, what won and what is stuck. Once a week we turn that into the next decisions.

Who does the implementation?

Your team or your agencies, and that is deliberate: they know your store, and the knowledge should stay in the house. My job is to decide what gets built, brief it so anyone can start immediately, and sign off the quality. If you are short of hands for a lever, I say so early and we find someone, whom I then steer as well. The usual effect is that your team gets faster rather than slower, because it is finally clear what matters first.

Do you replace my agencies?

No, I make them faster. Agencies deliver hours and activities. I make sure everyone works on the right things, towards the same goal, with one decision a week. Execution stays with your team and your providers.

How quickly can we start?

If a slot is open: next week. One call, then a one-page start offer, and once you say yes day 1 is set. There is no deposit that has to clear first and no minimum term. On day 1 I need analytics access and a kickoff with your team, and the first priority list is ready the same day.

What if all slots are taken right now?

Then put your address in the slot alert below. You get exactly one mail when a slot opens, no newsletter and no sequence. If it is urgent, write anyway: sometimes a sparring slot works as a stopgap, or a running engagement ends earlier than planned.

Do you work remotely or on site?

Remote only. I work in your numbers, in your store and with your team over video, and that has worked better than travel days for years. A day on a train does nothing for your revenue, while the same hours spent on analysis and test briefings do. For workshops and kickoffs we simply take longer video sessions.

The CCO is not the only offer.

Three more ways to get more revenue out of your shop:
