Unlike Google Analytics, the Meta pixel loads as soon as you open this page, without a prior prompt. The basis for this is my legitimate interest in measuring and targeting my advertising under Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. You can object to this processing at any time by writing to info@jdk.de, or prevent it directly by blocking third-party cookies in your browser or using a tracking blocker. Meta also processes the data in the USA and relies on standard contractual clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework for this.
If you sign up for the slot alert, I store your email address, the time of sign-up and the page it came from. You first receive a confirmation mail, and the sign-up only becomes active once you click the link in it (double opt-in). After that you get exactly one message when a slot opens. There is no newsletter.
The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to info@jdk.de and I delete the entry. Unconfirmed sign-ups expire after seven days at the latest and are deleted.
The videos on this page are stored on our own server and load only when you start playback. No YouTube, Vimeo, Facebook or comparable service is embedded, so no data is transferred to such providers.
The booking calendar runs on Zoho Bookings (Zoho Corporation B.V., Beneluxlaan 4B, 3527 HT Utrecht, Netherlands). It is embedded on this page and loads as you reach the booking section. Simply opening the start page transfers no data to Zoho; only when the calendar loads does Zoho receive technically necessary connection data such as your IP address. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR, since booking a call is the core purpose of this offer. Once loaded, you enter there: name, email address and your answers to the qualifying questions. We process this information to handle your enquiry and hold the call. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures). The data is then stored in our CRM (Zoho Bigin) and deleted once it is no longer needed for the enquiry and no statutory retention periods apply.
When you open the request window via a button on this page, you first answer a few short questions: your store's URL, its biggest problem, your main revenue channel, an approximate monthly revenue, your name and email address, and optionally your phone number. Based on the first answers the request window shows a non-binding potential estimate; this model calculation runs in your browser only and is not stored. The information prepares the call. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures); for the optional phone number it is your consent under Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, which you give by ticking the corresponding box and can withdraw at any time by writing to info@jdk.de. Without this tick, no call is made.
This information is stored on this web server and in our CRM (Zoho Bigin) and deleted once it is no longer needed for the enquiry and no statutory retention periods apply. To measure which advertising leads to an enquiry, an event is sent to Meta when the contact details are submitted (Conversions API). The email address and phone number are only transmitted as a hash value. See the "Meta pixel" section for details.
If you contact us by email or phone, we process your details in order to handle the enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR.
We use AI tools to support our work, for example for copywriting, translation, synthetic voice output and internal assistants. AI-generated content is reviewed by us before it is published or delivered to you. We do not make any automated decisions about visitors to this website within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR.
