What does it cost?

Terms are discussed in the first call, matched to your store and your package. The shape matters more than the price: a fixed monthly fee, no minimum term, cancellable weekly. If it is not carrying itself after four weeks you stop, no discussion. And before we talk money I look at your store and tell you whether there is enough upside there at all. If there is not, you save the pricing conversation entirely.

How long do clients typically book you for?

A few weeks to a couple of months, cancellable weekly. The model is built for exactly that: I find the biggest levers, set them in motion with your team, and make sure you can keep testing without me. Once the system runs you no longer need me, and that is the point. Some clients bring me back later for a second push, before a relaunch or when a new range lands.

How is this different from JDKRUEGER&CO?

JDKRUEGER&CO ↗ does A/B testing, on a fixed process, at volume, billed on performance. It is a machine that scales, and it is good at that. Here you get the opposite: me personally, no fixed process, and eyes on everything that moves revenue. I look at product, price, range, checkout and the path your customers take, and I decide what gets worked on next. The test is my measuring instrument in that, not the product. The two combine well, and in the first call I will tell you honestly which one does more for your situation.

What actually happens on a CCO day?

I go through your numbers, your store and your customer behaviour, before we speak. Then we decide together what gets worked on next, and I brief it so your team can start immediately. In between I steer agencies and freelancers so everyone pulls toward the same goal. And you do not wait for a monthly report: every working day you get a few lines on what is running, what won and what is stuck. Once a week we turn that into the next decisions.

Who does the implementation?

Your team or your agencies, and that is deliberate: they know your store, and the knowledge should stay in the house. My job is to decide what gets built, brief it so anyone can start immediately, and sign off the quality. If you are short of hands for a lever, I say so early and we find someone, whom I then steer as well. The usual effect is that your team gets faster rather than slower, because it is finally clear what matters first.

Do you replace my agencies?

No, I make them faster. Agencies deliver hours and activities. I make sure everyone works on the right things, towards the same goal, with one decision a week. Execution stays with your team and your providers.

How quickly can we start?

If a slot is open: next week. One call, then a one-page start offer, and once you say yes day 1 is set. There is no deposit that has to clear first and no minimum term. On day 1 I need analytics access and a kickoff with your team, and the first priority list is ready the same day.

Then put your address in the slot alert below. You get exactly one mail when a slot opens, no newsletter and no sequence. If it is urgent, write anyway: sometimes a sparring slot works as a stopgap, or a running engagement ends earlier than planned.

Do you work remotely or on site?

Remote only. I work in your numbers, in your store and with your team over video, and that has worked better than travel days for years. A day on a train does nothing for your revenue, while the same hours spent on analysis and test briefings do. For workshops and kickoffs we simply take longer video sessions.
